I was deducted from university the same year in summer because of absences of occupations without good excuses and did not handed some examinations and offsets in time.
I have begun to work on myself in 2001. The destiny brought me to Lubov Leonidovna Baturina due to which one my activity of improvement of my nature has begun.
I have found out that there are no incurable diseases, that all the illnesses are curable, including epilepsy. I began to dream of healing.
Since 2003 I began to visit pyramids that were constructed by the healer Nikolay Nikolayevich Dolgorukiy in Zaporozhye, I began to communicate with him, I has found out huge quantity of new information from him, which one I have tried to embody in life then and here.
I have realized that the Lord the God looks at our actions; that is necessary to try to embody that good things, that you have found out, otherwise there will be no changes neither in your nature, nor in your life, nor in your health. When somebody wants to improve his/her life – he/she has an effect, acts, and improves though his/her deals.
I began to read the literature for the work on myself; having begun with the book A. Sviyash « How to be, when everything is not like it would be desirable » I have begun to change my thoughts, my worldview. Having read the book written by Luisa Hey, I have formed affirmations for all areas of my life and have worked with its daily more then two hours a day. There was a case, when I with the help of affirmations have cured the flu that has being started.
I have learned from the books «Diagnostic of Karma» by S.N. Lazarev, why people have such serious illnesses as, for example, epilepsy, and what they should do to be healed. I have begun to study to accept all occurring as a God's will, to accept everything with love, to respond by goods on evil, to forgive.
I have started to read a lot, that I continue to do now denying nothing but taking all the good from the books and embodying it in life.
I have begun to pray a lot.
I was reinstated at university, and graduated it with honours in 2005.
I stopped to eat meat since January 2004, and fish - since January 2005. I stopped eat eggs in March 2005. I have consciously being wanted to make it all and have being dreamed and prayed about it long time. The leaving of meat and fish occurred through inspiration. As for eggs - it became just to not want to eat.
I have passed on a liquid nutrition on 20th of June in 2005.
I have learned from Nikolay Nikolayevich Dolgorukiy about a possibility of living on sunlight and that this possibility is available for any person. He has told how he passed on a liquid nutrition and how he looks at the Sun. Also he has told about it in details in his articles, which ones I have learnt attentively and started to embody in practice all that I have read.
As soon as spring began, I started to look at the Sun with my eyes on dawn and on dusk, blinking, along 2-3 seconds. I did it every day before and after my work. The time has been increasing step by step and 5-6 hours have reached.
As there became warmer I started to walk barefoot in the court yard (I live in the private house). I began to note that I would like to eat less, that pacification appears in my soul, I become quieter, more cheerfully; it would be desirable to smile. The organism have started to cleaned: at first nasopharynx (I had snots), eyes (its watered - but later whites of my eyes become white, more white, than persons of the same age have), then spine and brain (pimples has appeared on my back and forehead).
While looking at the Sun, I have said my prayers (the Lord’s Prayer, to Jesus the Christ, to Mother of God, to Holy Ghost other), asked the God, Light Forces, the Sun to help to me to be cleaned, to become better, to change myself in the good way.
«Per one fine day... " in the morning I has made a salad for myself - very small plate, sat down under the Sun to lunch and I just would not like to eat it. I have understood that they pass me on a liquid nutrition. I have refused any firm nutrition since this day; my ration became such: any kind of juices, tea with sugar or honey, liquid where vegetables/mushrooms were boiled, cocoa with milk, melted ice-cream, chocolate. I have drunk a lot of liquid for a time - on half a liter and more. I did not limit my organism in amount of consumed liquids; a have drunk in such a way to my organism did not feel discomfort.
I have tried to use "alive" water (that is brought not before boiling but up to the first phials), after all, as scientists have proved, such water has the same strong curative characteristics, as melted water from mountain glaciers.
The passing on a liquid nutrition occurred rather easy. Psychological mood and force of will have played the main role here. Simultaneously I have looked at the Sun and have said my prayers.
Later to my ration were added: cream, I filled up spice to fish soup by water and added sour cream there, brines from tomatoes, cucumbers, squash – from time to time an organism needs the salt and the water where mushrooms and potato were boiled.
Now I am already almost 12 months on a liquid nutrition. I feel myself, thank God, fine!
Now my ration is such: chocolate; candies; milk (it is a very nutrient product and it cleans well an organism from negative energy); I fill up spices for potato, for fat, for fish soup by “alive” water and add sour cream or juices (tomato juice with salt, different fruit ones) there; I drink brines from tomatoes, when the salt is necessary to the organism; water where vegetables were boiled; ice-cream. The firm nutrition in any way does not attract me - neither by look, nor by odor. The taste of some products began to be forgotten.
If to look back, near 7 months ago I drank more than now.
My internals have being cleaned and are cleaning now along all these almost 12 months (liver, kidneys, genitals, stomach,
brain). The whites of my eyes have become very white, as children have; my teeth have become whiter. The throat is cleaned, the bad flavour from my mouth has left.
I weighed 75 kg before refusing meat nutrition. My face began to slim down after my refusing of meat - I could not achieve in any way such effect earlier even I ate a little.
My weight was 68 kg before the passing on a liquid nutrition. Now I my weight is 55 kg and my growth is 169 cm. And the change in weight is visible outwardly. During the period of living on sunlight there disappeared superfluous lipopexia on my hips and flab on my stomach; the muscles became apparent. There is only that is necessary. Besides such feeling has appeared, that it is easy (lightness in a body), that some light is inside of me.
I have stopped take pills from epilepsy since September, 2005. I haven’t had any attacks up to this day (June 2006ã.). Now there can be only some surge at a level of sensations (epileptics will understand me), at that, only in that case, when I have had a short sleep at night and the following day has passed in intensive activity. Earlier I dropped cups from my hands in a similar, also I could fall; there are no such things now.
Energy is added; I get tired less, than when I ate firm meal; I became hardier. I do big amount of work easily.
The memory and thinking were improved. Now I can easily memorize the whole paragraphs of the information from unfamiliar to me areas of science.
I do not think about cooking meal, though usually earlier a day started with these thoughts. Sometimes I can forget to drink something in the morning, I recall it later.
I have worked at school as a psychologist with pupils 1-4 classes up to recent time. There was enough energy for a working day, for reading, for walk, for search of information and for communication with people through the Internet. There was a period after that when I have traded with my parents in the market some times per week: I load and unload goods together with them, communicated with buyers etc. And I felt myself normal. I digged up the garden for planting in the spring of 2006; I do necessary work about the house and the yard; I help to my Grandmother, parents.
In past years I sunburned under the sun (after all I am naturally blond); however when I began to work with the Sun consciously, aiming with his help to change myself to the best, to become kinder, to purify both the body and the soul - normal sunburn began to appear without any burns and reddening. Now I can stare at the sun quietly in the heat of the sun, blinking, I can be under the hot sun; - there is a beautiful, surprising work with my organism, which one brings just benefit and pleasure to me!
My Grandmother is Tatiana Nikolaevna Milovanova – she is 79 years old. She also stared at the Sun and walked barefoot in the yard in the summer of 2005. She also have begun to note that she want to eat less. Besides, her health was improved. First there were hypertensive crisises: the pressure was 220 almost each day, and then the crisises occurred more seldom and with lower pressure. The daily pressure also has begun to decrease. Already almost of half-year the grandmother hasn’t eaten meat and meat products, the pressure comes to normal more. Now her pressure in the norm is 130-140, during crisises it is 160-180 (though earlier 160 was the norm for her). Besides the Sun has helped to the grandmother to become calmer; the elderly people distinctive features of behavior (dissatisfaction on trifles, grumbling) there have been decreased for her. She said: “I feel myself as if I’m 25!“

I have planted these trees and asked them to carry Good to people: for everyone who will eat these fruits, so be it that their problems will be solved, they will be in a good mood, the people will recover and feel in the soul the wish to carry Love, Good, Light, Gladness, Peace to our planet. Any human being can do this.
The Truth – it is the one. If a person will begin to study the multitude of light teachings denying nothing he/she will see it; one and the same thing can be called by different words in different teachings.
Every minute of my day I try to use for deeds – for work on myself, for work for people. For every minute of my life - how I used it – I also will give an account to the Heavenly Father. And I would like He would be proud of me. There is written in the Bible there: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, … but avoid irreverent babble”.
There are a world of words and a World of Deeds. I live in the World of Deeds. It is not interestingly for me to talk about how it would be good to plant a tree. I take a tree and plant it.
Our planet is the first grade of a Cosmic School. And it is possible to say that it is a strict school. Nikolay Nikolayevich says that “it is possible to say that it is the penal battalion. But! – those ones, who will finish a strict school of the Earth planet, in Cosmos can enter to study to be admitted in a special-purpose group”.
The situations, which God gives us to perfect and clear ourselves, the lessons of life can be taken in two ways: either at one dash or within several years, several lives to take one and the same lesson – all depends on the person himself. In order to go through the situation at one dash, a person needs to think light and listen to ones own feelings. The heart will never deceive.
It is possible to ask the Forces of Light for a help in any light deed – we are loved and helped. “Whoever comes to Me I will never cast out”, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find”. If a person decides to change for the better, to follow the Lord, to carry Good to people, everything will help him on his path, he will be helped and prompted.
H.I. Roerich said: “Blessed are the obstacles — thanks to them we grow”. The people who try to offend me or to play dirty tricks on me, - they are the benefactors thanks to whom I develop. I not only treat their heavy work with respect, I also love them and appreciate them for what they do. Thanks to them I develop. Such people must exist, we live in a dual world.
In everything I try to see good, even in bad.
The highest thing that exists on our planet is to learn to love everyone and everything.
We have a chance to leave a cycle of the incarnations – to finish a Cosmic School “The Earth Planet” and to go to the next School. For this we need to go through the lessons that God gives us.
I love God, and I prove my love to Him and to people by my deeds every day. I live in the World of Deeds.
To finalize it I would like to say that the things I write and do today would never exist without the work of Nikolay Nikolayevich Dolgorukiy. I know that this man passed through severe tests in order to give the people the knowledge that the Forces of Light gave him. Nikolay Nikolayevich is an example for me; he isn’t a guru or an authority for me. I am free in my research. I have only one Authority - the Lord. My consciousness is free. Jiddu Krishnamurti wrote about such freedom in his books; one can say that the things he wrote about are the future of the mankind, one can study his books all life through.
There are people from whom I learn good – how to do things and there are people from whom I learn how not to do the things. And I treat everyone with respect and love, - we are all the children of The Creator.
I am imperfect and will work all my life in order to improve myself, but I try to pay attention to that good, which, with the help of God, I have succeeded to do.
The faith may be blind – it is when a human being needs nothing to research, he is guided by other`s researches and conclusions, - and it quite suits him. And the true faith which is based on individual researches of every person who took this path. Such a human being denies none of the light movements, he researches them. Such work is called “life long work”.
In my work and in my life I listen to my soul, to my heart, to my feelings and think in a positive manner. And the Forces of Light guide me forward, to Father.
